Taiwan Nakazawa Company was founded in 1988. Over the past 19 years, we, at Taiwan Nakazawa, have always been bearing in mind with the professional quality idealism, and honest, down to the earth, and humble attitude to serve our customers, which has been rewarded by their trust and acclaim.

In the early days, our major business item was dealing with representing and making sales of hardness measuring machines. Later on, we procured some material testing and measuring equipment of foreign professional brands, with that we started to offer relevant measuring services for local manufacturers, schools and research institutes.

In order to improve our service speed, accommodate more clients and become more versatile, we opened a company branch located in Tainan in 1989 and another one in Taichung in 1990. Altogether we formed a compete sales and service network, and it became much especially more convenient for our customers located in the middle and southern parts of Taiwan to access our services. In February 2002, our Taipei Headquarters acquired and moved in a 200-pin factory office building at Far East Century Squire in Chungho, Taipei County, and our services to our clients became one more step better because of it. In order to improve our customer services further, not only did we strengthen our internal personnel-training schedule, but also we are planning to send our staff to go abroad to attend training classes. Besides, we have already completed a company internal network installation and established an Internet web-site to enable our clients to instantly get hold of necessary information they are looking.

Looking into the future, we anticipate that the competition within our industry will become fiercer all the time, some fractions will have to relocate out of Taiwan, and the involved technology will advance by leaps and jumps.

Taiwan Nakazawa Company will act accordingly to continue introducing more and more international well-known brand instruments and being their local sales agent. Meanwhile, we will stick to our service direction and keep on improving our own professionalism or expertise, in order to reach our long-running goal.
