The Jominy test piece can be automatically transferred to the hardness tester for hardness test through the automatic robotic arm device
| Place the Jominy test piece on the platform. ↓ Input the measurement conditions into the control PC. ↓ The Jominy test piece is transferred by the robot arm and placed on the automatic stage of the hardness tester. ↓ After the measurement, the Jominy test piece will be turned over by the robotic arm and placed on the automatic stage. ↓ After the measurement is completed, the test piece is automatically removed by the robotic arm. ↓ After all operations are completed, the data will be automatically transferred from the control computer to the host. |

Automatic Jominy Hardness Tester
The system will automatically perform the Jominy test. All the operator has to do is place the test piece on the automatic stage, and then input the standard measurement position into the PC.
The test piece can be easily set on the automatic stage. After the measurement is completed, the hardness value and other results will be brought into the PC, so the graph can be displayed and the test report can be printed out.
