Product Description

The rubber-plastic hardness tester is an excellent tester for testing tires, sponges, rubber and plastic products.

Instructions:

  • The measuring surface is perpendicular to the main body, just push it down.
  • There should be no gap between the measuring surface and the pressure plate.
The thickness of the measured material needs to be 12mm.
  • Average at five points.

Rubber hardness tester comparison reference table

The following table is based on the measured hardness value of ATYPE. It is not possible to accurately prove the relationship between the test values of each type of rubber hardness tester, because the vulcanization conditions of rubber and plastic produced by each rubber factory are different, and the measurement is subjected to different conditions. The difference in temperature, humidity and appearance will affect the test value. Therefore, the following table is only provided to users, referring to the relative relationship of each type of rubber hardness tester.
