Grain Size

According to ASTM E112-88 and E1382, the analysis specification standard defines the grain size number.
Provide horizontal line, vertical line, diagonal line, graph, four kinds of cross lines to measure the grain size by node detection. Quickly measure and calculate the Grain Size, which can be measured manually or automatically.
The measurement data will automatically be statistically analyzed, and the measurement results can be exported to an Excel report. The functional module is a Chinese operation interface.

Porosity of Metallic Materials

It can analyze the porosity of the porous material surface or obtain data such as pore size, area... and make a pore distribution chart.
The chart data obtained by analysis can be exported to MS Office Excel report through DDE mode.

Micro Hardness Testing (Hardness)

The microhardness value is calculated according to the analysis specification standard defined by ASTM E384, and the Vickers and Knoop hardness can be analyzed.
You can set the image magnification, indentation gravity and other parameters to quickly measure and calculate the Sample hardness, which can be manually or automatically measured.
The measurement data will automatically be statistically analyzed, and the measurement results can be exported to an Excel report. The functional module is a Chinese operation interface.

Dendritic Arm Spacing (Dendritic Arm Spacing)

According to the user-defined measurement starting position, analyze the distance between the dendritic arm structures on the aluminum casting material.
The analysis result can obtain the separation distance of each arm, and can generate statistical data based on the summarized data.

Sphericity (sphericity)

Calculate the spheroidization rate according to the analytical specifications defined by JIS G 5502 and ASTM Sphericity.
Assist the user to measure the image rate (spheroidization rate) of the object, and calculate the percentage value of all objects that meet or exceed the allowable value according to the defined allowable value. Filter conditions can be set to filter out too small impurities.
Analyze and measure the metallographic spheroidization rate using parameters such as roundness, area and shape. The user can define the standard of this allowable value by himself.

Decarburization/carburized layer measurement

The thickness of the cross-section of the decarburized or carburized material is measured.
Measurement can obtain analysis data of maximum, minimum and average thickness.
The chart data obtained by analysis can be exported to MS Office Excel report through DDE.

Single metallographic and multiple metallographic analysis

You can select one or more grayscale selection ranges of material and metallography according to user definition.
The area and area percentage are automatically calculated according to the selected metallographic quality category.
It can be used to analyze the relative content of Ferrite and Pearlite, and to analyze the relative content of Graphite in cast iron.

Material coating film thickness and thickness analysis

Use measurement tools to obtain the thickness of an analysis target.
Measurement can obtain the maximum, minimum and average thickness analysis data.
The chart data obtained by analysis can be exported to MS Office Excel report through DDE.

Nonmetallic Inclusions (Nonmetallic Inclusions)

The content of oxides (Oxides) and sulfides (Sulfides) can be analyzed according to user definitions.

Rust area ratio analysis

The filter function can flatten the uneven light source on the image.
The gray scale selection range of the corrosion image can be set according to user definition. Use the selection tool box to select the rust image block to be analyzed for analysis, and obtain the rust area ratio analysis data.

Stitch Images

Multiple metallographic images with repeated edges can be photographed in a matrix sequence. Use Fourier Correlation mode to automatically merge the images into a complete image.
It can correct the errors caused by the image mosaic caused by the rotation or scaling (Scaling).
You can choose the Intensity Matching or Edge Matching method to synthesize the image puzzle.

Depth of Field (Extended Depth of Field)

This function uses image synthesis technology to overcome the problem of the inability to see the metallographic surface due to the insufficient depth of field during high magnification observation.
Multiple images with different focus planes can be stacked to create a panoramic deep composite image with clear focus, making it more convenient for you to perform metallographic observations or advanced image measurement and analysis, and obtain more accurate analysis data .
