Small High-Strength Screw Booster Fixture (TNC200/230/255) A screw-type booster fixture designed specifically for small workpieces. It is machined from a solid block of steel, making it robust and durable. After heat treatment, it offers excellent mechanical performance and superior corrosion resistance. |
Intelligent Feed Function (Optional) Based on different material characteristics, this function performs human-like reciprocating feed control by correlating current variation with cutting load. Automation Functions In automatic feed mode, the machine automatically detects the preset feed endpoint. After cutting is completed and while ensuring the cooling function is active, the stage automatically returns to the cutting origin, accompanied by a buzzer alert indicating completion. The integrated waterproof LED panel provides comprehensive function settings, including feed speed adjustment and display, as well as intelligent feed configuration. The feed handwheel can be switched to automatic feed in one second. Press the automatic feed start button on the panel to activate automatic feed mode. |

High-Efficiency Cooling System Depending on different processing requirements and usage scenarios, water tanks with suitable capacities can be flexibly selected to achieve optimal cooling performance. A magnetic filtration device is also available as an option to effectively remove cutting debris, maintain coolant cleanliness, extend equipment and consumable lifespan, and ensure long-term stable operation.  |

Easy Maintenance The TNC series cutting machines encapsulate the feed system within a stainless steel protective structure, significantly reducing maintenance requirements. Only periodic lubrication of the feed screw is needed. Users may also contact TN service to purchase scheduled maintenance services, where professional technicians will perform system maintenance. |
