先進材料的超音波加工技術研討會

隨著科技進展與社會演進（如少子化與地球永續問題），半導體、航太、醫療器材、能源、智慧電動車、5G通訊與3C電子、精密模具等產業，大量使用輕量化、高硬度和耐高溫的先進材料（如SiC、藍寶石、先進陶瓷、石英、複合材料與超合金）。傳統CNC工具機在加工前述先進材料時往往遭遇到加工效率低、刀具壽命短與工件品質差（如裂邊）等問題。超音波振動輔助切削技術整合在傳統CNC工具機上已被證實在加工這些先進材料時，可以有效提昇刀具壽命與材料去除率數倍以上，也同時降低切削力、減少工件破損機率與提昇表面粗糙度。所以，CNC工具機產業的未來決勝點將是在於高效率與高品質的硬韌與輕量化先進材料加工技術與裝備，而不再是傳統的精密金屬切削技術。
