The cutting chamber is the primary workspace for operators. The new TNC design optimizes spatial layout and lighting based on user height and operating habits. The bright working environment improves efficiency and comfort, making cutting no longer a tedious or messy task.
Complex precision linear guide mechanisms are cleverly concealed beneath the cover plate, creating a flat working surface. This design not only enhances aesthetics but also reduces cleaning dead zones, making maintenance easier and more convenient.



Equipped with a patented switching mechanism, the operation process is greatly simplified. Users can quickly switch between manual and automatic modes, improving operational flexibility and meeting various processing requirements with ease.
A wide variety of fixture options are available, allowing flexible configuration based on sample size, shape, and processing requirements to achieve the most suitable clamping solution.


Suitable for small samples or frequent replacement scenarios, the system features a quick-locking mechanism that significantly reduces operation time. The TN quick-clamp system provides a clamping force of over 200 kg, meeting most application requirements.


Featuring a square-thread design, it provides strong and stable clamping force, suitable for high-pressure fixation applications and ensuring stable cutting without deviation.






Equipped with a precision spindle equivalent to that used in machining centers, offering excellent concentricity and tight tolerance control. The multi-groove belt drive maintains stable rotation even under high-load and high-tension cutting conditions, ensuring cutting quality and efficiency.
The new quick positioning fixture combines high flexibility with strong clamping force, improving safety when handling complex workpieces. The infinite sliding rail design accommodates various sizes without repeated fixture changes. Maximum opening size: 210 mm.



Designed for small workpieces, this screw clamp is machined from a solid steel block. It is durable and long-lasting, and after heat treatment, it offers excellent mechanical performance and corrosion resistance.
Based on different material characteristics, the system performs human-like reciprocating feed control through the correlation between current variation and cutting load. This function effectively handles high-hardness materials, improves machining stability, extends cutting wheel life, and reduces overall consumable costs.


Reduces the frequency of manual cleaning of the circulating water tank and prevents debris from contaminating the cutting fluid. It extends service life, facilitates debris collection, reduces cost, and lowers the risk of clogging in the cooling system.
Equipped with a laser alignment system, it greatly simplifies the traditional tool-setting process, reduces manual adjustment time and errors, improves operational efficiency and positioning accuracy, and enables more intuitive and faster operation.



The control interface is designed with simplicity and intuitiveness in mind, integrating complex parameters into an optimized system. It uses a single-chip-based control system for precise cutting. Feed speed is numerically set, providing clear and accurate operational reference for every adjustment.


The chamber observation window is made of high-strength tempered glass, offering excellent durability and safety. It allows clear monitoring of the cutting process, improving operational judgment efficiency while extending service life.


Ensuring user safety is our top priority. Whether in electrical safety or daily cutting operations, the machine is designed in accordance with international CE safety standards to protect users throughout operation.
In automatic feed mode, the machine automatically detects the preset feed endpoint. After cutting is completed and while maintaining cooling function, the stage automatically returns to the origin position, accompanied by a buzzer alert indicating completion.
The integrated LED waterproof panel provides extensive functions, including feed speed adjustment, display, and intelligent feed settings.
The feed handwheel allows switching to automatic feed in one second. Press the automatic feed start button on the panel to activate automatic feed mode.




Depending on processing requirements and usage scenarios, different water tank capacities can be flexibly selected for optimal cooling efficiency. A magnetic filtration device is also available to remove cutting debris, keep coolant clean, extend equipment and consumable life, and ensure long-term stable operation.

The TNC series cutting machine encloses the feed system within a stainless-steel protective structure, greatly reducing maintenance frequency. Only periodic lubrication of the feed screw is required.
