Product Description

Specifications:

Zinc, chromium, tin, copper, cadmium, chemical nickel, phosphate film, paint, baking varnish, enamel, resin glue, Teflon, powder coating and other non-magnetic materials are plated (coated) on iron or magnetic steel Film thickness measurement.

Electroplating film thickness gauge function:

F: Measure the thickness of non-magnetic metal plating and paint coating on magnetic metals (iron, steel).
N: The coating thickness of non-conductors on non-magnetic metals.

  • Representation method: when the measurement is valid, it has a test indicator and a sound or buzzer function. The LCD digital display is backlit, and the touch-sensitive button corresponds to the display operation. It can follow the instructions on the display and change the symbols, numbers or diagrams. Corresponding operation.
  • Measuring range: F: 0~1500μm, N: 0~1500μm, (or larger range, please refer to the probe type 0-5mm or 0-13mm, and the metric system can be switched at will).
  • Test accuracy: ±1~3%
  • Resolution: 0.1μm for readings below 100μm, 1.0μm for readings above 100μm.
  • Minimum substrate thickness: above 300μm.
  • Operating temperature: 0℃~50℃.
  • Test response speed: 60 readings per minute or more and automatic shutdown design when not in use.
  • Effective battery life: 30-40 hours of continuous operation.
  • The minimum test tube diameter of convex arc: within 6mmΦ.
  • The minimum test tube diameter of the concave arc: within 25mmΦ.
  • The minimum test area of the plane: within 6mmΦ.
  • Minimum height of test space: Right-angle probe: below 30mm, general minimum height of probe below 85mm.
  • The main unit can memorize the zero-return calibration value, and it does not need to be recalibrated any time it is turned on.
